WE ARE ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE
Without the unspoiled beauty of Bocas del Toro, Playa Tortuga Hotel & Beach Resort would be just another hotel; that’s why preserving the environment has been part of our mission from day one.
Thanks to our water, energy and waste conservation efforts, Playa Tortuga Hotel received the 2013 Blue Flag Ecological award with a 3-star rating. 2013 marked the third consecutive year that the resort has received the award, which is designed to promote sustainable development on beaches.
